Week 16, Question 2
I have learned many valuable things throughout this semester that I will use for the rest of my life. Small group communication is something that I know I am going to be involved in in my professional life and my personal life and I have learned many skills to improve the skills I had before I took this class. My favorite thing about this class was the blog we had to keep. I thought it was an interesting way for the class to interact. We could have easily done our discussions on desire2learn like the majority of the other online classes, but the blog was a creative way to conduct the class. Although I really liked the blog, my least favorite part about the class was the time restrictions. I know the time restrictions were set to keep us on top of our work, but sometimes it was hard to make sure I got it done because I would get really with other schoolwork. That is the only thing that I disliked. I really don’t have any suggestions to improve the class because I thought it was run very well and I really enjoyed it.

Hey...I as well found that using blogs for this class was a plus. I've had to use blogs for a class before but I didn't like it that much because it felt like work. With this class and having to use blogs it felt less like work and more fun and less of a hassle. It was commenting on others blog voicing our opinions on what they wrote for that week. Like you also wrote having the time restrictions kind of made things a little hectic when other school work got in the way, but overall the class was interesting.
ReplyDeleteI liked reading your blog. I also wrote that I found that the time restrictions between the blogs was also difficult at times especially because at times I was not able to get to them until the end or I wanted to do them all at once in the beginning. I also think that keeping a blog was enjoyable and that it allows people to be more expressive because we are not in front of each other. I have enjoyed being in this class and reading your blogs, I felt that even though it was an online class i was able to have a different experience but enjoyable.
